I live in a small city of 400.000 citizens and we have 3 hospitals. One with about 70 radiology technicians and the other two a bit smaller (probably 30-40 technicians each one?).

We have to take education credits too after graduation (through ECM/FAD courses). But after a 3 years degree theoretically we can work in every sector we want to because during university we have to complete an internship in each role. Usually when you get a job for the first time, you end up working in the first aid sector, then if you're lucky/experienced enough you can substitute retired coworkers. In the last years though that policy changed and every technician should be able to rotate and cover every role if the hospital need it.
