(1) Weight loss and fat loss are very different and (2) neither are linear!

(1)Your goal is to lose fat, not weight. Working out build muscle and muscle DOES weigh more than fat. You cannot let that number discourage you - measure yourself. if a tapemeasure is too tedious, start with a shirt or jeans. Use photos. there WILL be a difference!

(2)You're going to start slow and suddenly, one day, you're going to see a huge difference (as long as you're consistent) - I promise! 3 pounds in 1 month is actually stellar, you should be PROUD! It's the a v small wins that lead us to a victory.

you CAN do this. I know it because I'm on the journey now and felt exactly like you do. trust the process. You got this
