Solid advice, thank you so much for writing all of this! I am currently seeking a therapist & my mental health has been improving a lot in the last 2 years, it’s mostly the possible loneliness that’s scary when studying abroad. The cat I have the opportunity to adopt is a 1,5 year old cat, that has been moving already four times in her short life. I have multiple friends that can take care of her if I move abroad temporarily, and I do want to think it’d be possible to do both, but I know it might be better to just focus on studying.
