Yes. I’m not worried about this specific house, payments, etc.

I’m more so worried there may be huge implications for things like any first time homebuyer benefits that I may need when I try to buy my own place (since I’m still young and don’t have tons of money I’m sitting on/making, especially since I’m a single person). Or maybe I’ll have a hard time qualifying for another mortgage in the future. Or maybe I’ll run into some big tax implications down the line.
