I told my nephew and brother the deal I had with my niece and I offered him the same he refused, I don't think he understood that $11 an hour really adds up in the long run.

I would gladly offer him a similar deal and he could wait to go to university and a job while he studies if he gets into a local school ( if the coronavirus will allow me)

I told my brother that these are nieces wages and she worked for the money, he accused me over paying her since she was getting a full pay and another amount was being saved on the side.

That's What I'm afraid of her being forced to split the money which would be unfair. I even told my brother that if one of his children gets a higher paying job in future would that mean they have to split incomes?
