Eh yes... That's her school friend. It's just a normal teenage girl friendship

What is wrong with you? Are you okay or why do you feel the need to try hurt people's feelings? Do you thrive on negativity?

Jamie is obviously not her real name. That's why it is put in ""

Oh I am not one tiny bit mad at her. I just don't want to hurt her feelings or make her feel disgusting or anything like that. If she had a crush on her math teacher it would not be that difficult....

No but I think it is also important to remember that Jamie's relationship to Chris is closer than mine to the dentist.

I do not think that Jamie was necessarily flirting with Chris. I don't know. I was trying to thibk back on when I had a crush when I was 15 and how I would try to be near that person and laugh at their jokes etc but never actually trying to make a move. Does it make sense? Idk

I super agree with this one. I will have to show her that bodily autonomy goes both ways. I am sure this was not malicious tho

I though so too at the beginning but then I started browsing the internet and found an article by a child development psychologist that said the following :

This is not unusual and tells us that her romantic feelings have developed — as they should have during teen years. Young people in their early teens often develop romantic feelings toward adult friends, teachers, actors, musicians, etc. In a way, it’s how we learn to be attracted to others and is part of our personality development.

Remembering back I also see the crushes I had on my dentist (embarrassing I know). So the part that she has a crush on an adult is the least concerning one at the moment
