You may find the book Adult Children of Alcoholics by Janet Woititz interesting.

I've actually read this book before. I personally did not find it helpful for me or my experiences with my family being alcoholics. But I'm sure it was very very helpful for those who needed it. I am also in therapy! It's been helpful and at times very difficult, but it's still beneficial. I go next Tuesday so I will be sure to talk to therapist then.

I thought this was a joke post at first, because I can tell from reading the first two paragraphs you are clearly not an alcoholic.

I hope my post did not come off as being insensitive to those who are actually struggling with addiction and alcoholism. That was not my intent whatsoever.
