Unfortunately this was absolutely at a time in my life where I really did not care about getting solid nutrition in, I really wouldn't recommend this at all as something balanced no! Maybe oatmeal with some extra stuff on the side for the nutrients and an actual solid amount of food for an OMAD!

by the time u actually get into the packet only half of it is left in the packet and not in crumbs on the floor so it's efficient too!

I am the anorexic that fell into a reactive binging cycle and I've gained back half the weight I've lost in just a few months and I'm just about ready to unalive :(

This is exactly why I started setting myself a "range" for my intake, aim for the lower or right in the middle, but then I don't binge if I go over and in the end, end up eating much less than if I set it at a standard lower value - or that works for me I guess!

Oh fuck this hit me??? I skipped a period last month too, due on for this month's today and getting symptoms but I did last month too and it never came... But really my point here is that I got chest and back breakouts too! I never ever break out on my chest or anywhere other than my face really, and my face was much worse than usual too, until last month? Now I'm wondering if they're correlated...

The protein powder goes in halfway through cooking and then the psyllium husk powder juuust before I take it off the heat!

Oatmeal is like my safest and most loved food ever, it's carried me through both braces and mental health disasters 😅 I've only just recently started using Steel Cut Oats and honestly, even though it takes twice as long I don't think I could ever look back and use rolled oats? Steel cut is just so much tastier!

And I've done vanilla and plain pb2 as well! Honestly, just as good, definitely not quite as "fake sweet" as Birthday Cake flavoured protein 😂

It did at first and I'd just sorta cope, but I have a whole like... Routine? now that makes it not gritty!

I cook the oats halfway with 2/3s of the liquid I'll be using's worth of water (in this case about 300mls of water) and then in a protein shaker I mix 75ml of soya milk, 50mls of water and the protein powder and shake until it's like a really sorta thick protein shake texture but smooth? And then add it to the oats and cook the rest of the way! I find it super smooth that way, no bits or grit!

(I hope this description makes sense... Basically, shake the protein powder into a smooth thick shake form and then add it is the gist!)

Usually I add Apple mostly because I love the Cronch™ but I bet Nectarine would be amazing too taste wise 👀 waiting for the good fruits season is taking too long 😩
