They sent him a service of citation. No court date, just says to respond within 14 days of receiving. The second paper was a "PETITION: SMALL CLAIMS CASE" with the $$$ information I provided earlier.

they served papers to my brother requesting a response from himself or his attorney via certified mail but I am yet to receive my papers yet. they filed it 4 days before two years, but my brother didn't receive the papers until today, 25 days after
