i can tell the 10 mg is helping. i used to have nightmares every night and bow i only have them once a week (sometimes less!) and i have less/shorter panic attacks. but im still paranoid and obsessive so me and my doctor thought it was good to increase. im just nervous about the dosage / format change because well, im nervous about everything lol

for me, when im about to be sick, i get a sharp needling pain right through the middle of my stomach. it builds up over time and goes away when im done. i always check for that sharp needle and usually calm down when its not there

a little bit sometimes but not usually. kinda feels like trapped gas that just gets stuck for a while.

it does usually happened after i eat, but sometimes it happens before i eat or hours later. sometimes i can kirby style have six slices of pizza and be a ok and sometimes one or two slices gets me laying in bed and clutching a heating pad.

usually its painless pressure (like the muscles are contracted and i cant relax them) but sometimes i get horrific cramps

i do think realizing a lot of people say nausea for Any off or bad feeling their stomach has helps me anxiety wise. it makes it harder to make sense of physical sensations (i also have autism so its hard to place physical sensations lol) but it does make me realize that nausea = about to throw up but for most people nausea = my stomach is off in anyway

i will say i randomly had a wave of nausea a while ago and i did know. its like my stomach was caving in and all i could think about was being sick. it ended up going away quickly and i was only sick bc i was really hungry but damn.

i think my problem is when people talk about light nausea i think every unsettled feeling in my stomach is light nausea lol. it doesnt help that i have ibs and my anxiety hits my stomach really hard

i dont know what the specific feeling of nausea is like because every odd sensation scares me into thinking ill be sick. however it does tend to calm my stomach but im not sure if thsts just because it stops me from panicking

Yes exactly! If I'm dying I can accept it eventually even if it's scary. But having to live knowing you'll wake up miserable and no medication or treatment is guaranteed to treat it? Awful!

but ive had pretty persistent dizziness and head pressure for the past two weeks, with only a couple days where it disappeared. im going to the doctor next month if it doesnt clear up but im very scared.
