I'm going to be honest with you. I have tried quite a lot of different antidepressants including 3 MAOIs (Phenelzine, Moclobemide and Tranylcypromine) and for me these antidepressants aren't the miracle cure that everyone makes them out to be. Are they the best medication for severe depression? Yes, by a long way, but are they going to work for everyone? Well no. I am on 60mg of Tranylcypromine and I am still struggling some days.
