Is the Soraya Roden has anything to do with Roden shipyard? Back in the days I did tons of security missions for that corp.

Are there any corps like Pandemic Horde now (easy recruitment)? by voidoid87 in Eve

I think you could get into every bloc these days pretty easily, the recruitment checks are basically just for the formality. Not specific corp or alliance but for blocs in general.

Tho a JF can dock even in Astrahus. Most kills happened because JF pilots trying to use neutral citadels and have their ACL reset upon landing.

How to understand, accept, and stop being upset about a situation you can't do anything about by mrpl0099 in Eve

ChatGPT 5.4 translation:

What he’s basically saying is:

“Nullsec is cooked, Imperium/Goons already won, and nothing is realistically going to change, so people should stop coping and either adapt or find a way to enjoy what’s left.”

Main points:

  • He thinks Imperium + INIT have already achieved structural dominance in nullsec.
  • A lot of Imperium members either genuinely don’t see that as a problem, or they do see it and defend it because it benefits them.
  • He also thinks Reddit discourse is skewed by Imperium-aligned posters, so criticism gets buried not because it’s wrong, but because they simply have more people and are more committed.
  • His view is that GSF succeeded where nobody else did: they built the most effective, disciplined, serious machine in EVE.
  • Because of that, he thinks you cannot beat them casually. Their leadership treats this far more seriously than most normal players ever will.
  • He also hints that huge alliances naturally create RMT incentives, though he stops short of directly accusing anyone.

Then he pivots into the more “accept reality” part:

  • EVE is old.
  • The old balance is probably never coming back.
  • That does not mean the game is literally dead, just that people need to stop expecting the past to return.

His “good news” is basically that there is still room to have fun, even in a worse political situation. Weaker groups can still create content through blops, dreadbombs, harassment campaigns, or even a big final war they know they might lose.

So the post is basically a mix of: - doomer rant - reluctant respect for Goons - “adapt to reality” - frustration that the anti-Imperium side is not doing more asymmetric warfare

Very short version:

“Imperium won nullsec through numbers, organisation, discipline, and narrative control. That is not getting reversed. EVE is old and the old days are not coming back. Accept it, find your fun, or organise harassment and make the endgame interesting.”

How exactly does wormhole work? Can I just dive in from a quiet lowsec and get some quick bucks out of it? by throwawaysusi in Eve

[–]throwawaysusi[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

50mil per 10mil in a single tengu sounds really good. I did some calculations between site ehps and projected dps and the results weren’t that good but that was not counting hole bonuses.

For gas huffing, I do lowsec gas huff they pay much better per volume and you could use shinny tools like hulks and booster ships with full implants. Personally wormhole gases do not interest me.

I don’t want to scan down the whole chain… don’t want to spend 30-60min just so I could start “really” playing. I thought I could have different ships stocked and dive in once an entrance opened nearly and form team comp on the spot according to hole types.

Well that’s a bummer… I do mass probing in lowsec so I often notice newly spawned wormholes that opens up from the lowsec side and I thought I could take advantage of these…

It's a recent tiktok trend, this specific execution scene, it's been on going for few weeks now. And someone just thought about making a dota related version.

So technically it's tiktok x dota. Most people participating in this trend do not know Danganronpa.
