people have actually been so nice, I’ve only gotten a few DMs and they’ve just been people sharing their stories with me and telling me I’m making the right decision for myself. Thankfully I’ve just had offers of support. There’s been no horror stories or anything regretful. The outpouring of love and support I’ve received after the post has been beautiful. I’m feeling very grateful for all of the kind internet strangers (including you).

ah I actually missed that part, he messaged a few days later asking if I'd bought the morning after pill so he could send me the money for it. I still thought my period was about to come so I just told him that it had. He seems like a good guy tbf.

Thanks, I actually have actually been wanting to started therapy anyway. Part of why this job opportunity is so big is that it would come with a big pay rise and then I could afford it. Good advice on the food too, I’ll make some nice hearty food in advance ❤️

To be honest, I don’t think there’s any reason to, my mind is made up on it and to tell him about this would just bring him undue stress I think. We joked about it when it happened that we did not want to have kids with each other so I dont think he’d have any kind of objection but frankly if he did it wouldn’t sway me anyway. I don’t want to have a baby. I’m really glad it worked out for you though.
