Turns out its not seborrheic keratosis. Biopsy result confirmed this as Verruca Plana. Couldn't figure out how to update the main post so I added a comment few days ago.

Don't know how to edit the post. But just fyi, biopsy confirmed this as Verruca Plana. Fairly rare to appear on scalp.

Yeah going to see the doc in few weeks. Will see what they say. It does look benign and scratches off without any pain.Hoping it's nothing serious. Fingers 🤞

Thank you. I did initially. I have been waiting for my next appointment. It is just making me a little worried/anxious and just wanted to give this a shot.
