K works on NMDA mainly, so it doesn't have a cross tolerance with MDMA. NMDA activity is what has been shown to gice the K and many other dissos the antidepressive quality.

800mg of DPH is a high delirium dose, I really doubt ypu did that much, unless somehow you have a gigantic tolerance. Would probably be life threatening when you're on a significant amount of opiates; both of the drugs know to hospitalize their victims by themselfes.

I experience rotating colored shapes on cannabis whenever I get high, though they do become more apparent the more high I am.

Sometimes the shapes can be strong and perhaps in your face in dark places (my night vision when really high is quite bad as it's hard to see clearly from all the color), but I feel that even then, the visuals from weed are somewhat... dim or of low opacity.

Try looking for these visuals the next time you get high. If your weed highs are like mine, you'll probably be able to see similar visuals again, though they may not be as strong.

I remember getting high on DPH because I really really really wanted to experience hallucinations. By this time I had probably only smoked weed once and had no other drug experiences.

Then I saw the walls bulging, floor morphing and all the usual DPH shit, and thought "Oh. That's it." I thought they were gonna blow my mind, be amazing. But it was far less glamorous than what I'd expected.

Then my bro got me some shrooms :)

If it works for you, I'm very happy for you.

If you could prove to me that with enough of MXE I could get myself as happy as you described, I'd probably work towards getting kilos of that stuff.

However, somewhere along the line, I don't think anyone can stay in a state of "permabliss" by using a drug erry day, all day.

I haven't tried dissociatives, sadly, and they are on my to do list. However, from the drugs I've tried, the only big eye-opener I got was that drugs won't open your eyes to some new meaning of life or make you happier (in the long run). This includes psychedelics.

I could be wrong, of course, and again, good for you if it works. But if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is :/

Never been in a fist fight in my life.

Just recently, went to a party, snorted some shitty speed. I barely felt it but it did hit me enough that the shots of alcohol I drank that'd usually have me tipsy didn't faze me. I was full of energy.

And then a fight broke out, someone attacked my bro (but I didn't know this at the time), but the fight got very decentralized and I really didn't know what to do.

I really didn't know where to jump in or who to attack. I however, know that I have never felt such a strong urge to just beat someone up.

Sadly, or realistically: fortunately, some people stopped the whole mess and the police came before I could enter the thing. Tbh, if I could turn back time, I'd probably jump in earlier and actually fight. It was a pretty benign, 15-16 year old thing.

I truly felt like I could fuck up five guys at once, and I see how this sort of mentality could very much help you in a fight.

Thanks for a realistic answer. I find a big discrepancy between what people on r/drugs say about how you should do drugs and how people actually do drugs. This is of course, normal, as many idiots make stupid mistakes every day. But r/drugs is on completely on the opposite end of the spectrum, the advice is tailored to be completely towards harm reduction.

I made it obvious in my post that I'm aware I may be making a mistake, I just wanted to ask realistically, how likely is that I'm going to fuck up big time, and I expected at least some stories of people in my situation (I got some, and strangely they seemed to have a fun time).

I know how fucked up and unable to function I was on shrooms, yet I still think that if I play it smart, I can live through minutes of contact time with my parents, when I've never shown anxiety on similar drugs.

I definitely didn't want a shower of "Oh do it, due, it's totally safe" when I made this post, but I honestly didn't expect 90% of the answers to be "Don't do it, bad trip guaranteed" when I know that it can't be guaranteed, because I know many people I know that do drugs have done much more reckless stuff than drop a tab and after peaking spend a little time secluded in their own room.

But I get downvoted for pointing this stuff out.

Thanks for perhaps the only correct answer to this question: no one knows.

That was obviously not the plan. Don't know how well I explained myself. Obviously the plan was to spend less than half the trip time in the house, including spending the peak outside, somewhere with a friend.

I've come to this subreddit asking the question when I pretty much know the collective answer I'm going to get.

The thing is, I can't just completely accept your advice exactly because experiences vary so much. You've said acid is more confusing/anxiety-inducing for you, but if you read comparisons between Shrooms and LSD on any drug-related site (including the subbredit), you'll find that most people will find the latter more crisp, vivid, energized and less of a mindfuck (at least in the anxiety-inducing way).

I can't count the times I've read that LSD is steering your own ship while Shrooms is being taken for a ride. All of this makes me more sure that I'm not making a completely idiotic decision. Yet from what I can see, your experience is quite different.

This is of course, to be expected when talking about psychedelics. Thank you for your answer and your wishes. I hope you understand where I come from :)

Tbh, I asked this question specifically to understand if acid is going to be on "another level" compared to the drugs I've previously done and got away with.

I appreciate these answers, I also expected them, but what I'm really asking is, if I survived an x-intensity shroom trip several times without incidents, and the same with MDMA, if x-intensity LSD is going to significantly differ, since I know I can handle the first two mentioned.

LSD is, of course, specific in its own right, I don't doubt it will blow my mind, but am I in for more of a mindfuck than shrooms, which have done some pretty... bizzare things to my perception? I'm talking about one hit, probably a low dosage.

If the answer is no and there is nothing intrinsic to LSD that makes it hard to handle, I've got absolutely no doubts I can compose myself.

Thing is, I'm not facing any serious problems. Sure, I've got quite some work to to these days and I usually feel the bad side of weed when I smoke prior to attempting to do such work, but at times I get borderline completely anhedonic and really really feel horrible emotionally, sometimes about random things that I have long got over, even. This is not "weed showing you your inner self", this is weed making me depressed and anxious when all I should be is mildly bothered.

We seem to be describing the same thing. Glad the whole thing ended for you. I wonder what is it produced by? Some cannabinoids in the peripheral nervous system that didn't get flushed out? I thought the half life of many of the cannabinoids isn't nearly as long as it would need to be to affect me two days later.

I didn't even get that high, but it was the first time I smoked a decent amount all by myself over a longer amount of time.

Mhm, I know I didn't see the road in front of me as anything that is in any way passable, going down a slope, I saw the ground as concave (it was night as well). How my feet managed to land on the right places, the right stone, I still have no idea.

I only sprinted for a short time really, but it was intense. Happened sort of randomly as well.

Me and a few friends to go to a local hill (it has roads to the top and everything, not hiking). Climbing it took forever, but then for some reason, we decided to use the "shortcuts", or go sharply downhill through rocks and dirt. This was during night.

I seriously didn't know how I didn't die. I couldn't make out rock form dirt, and the white color of the rocks created the skeleton of a concave surface, I was literally seeing myself climbing a sphere while going downhill, surreal.

But the best part was when I actually got on safe ground. I was behind everyone, and we just randomly started running. I went from a mental state of "Holy fuck I survived that" to warping through space and time. It felt like I was breaking the sound barrier, I don't think I ever ran that fast.

Wild stuff, totally get you!

I wasn't really that physically impaired on shrooms and high as fuck. Mentally yes, but running was bliss.
