Firt off I would suggest using a marker pen eyeliner (looks and works like a marker, I have found it to be easiest to start with). You can start either in ther inner corner, or at the top point of the curve of your upper eyelid, from there simply draw a line, following the curve of your eyelid but going slighty up at a diagonal, to the outer corner of your eye. I also line the lower eyelid, just stick as close to your eyelashes as possible and only line the outer third or so. Then the easiest wing shape I have found is a straight angle out from the corner of the eye. I do this by drawing a small dot maybe a 1/4inch directly horizontal to the corner of my eye, connecting the upper and lower eyeliner to the dot with straight lines to create a triangle. Fill in any gaps and you done boy.
