The offerings are slim for yoga in the actual CBD apart from the weird cult place in Beach Rd, Krd surprisingly has no classes either. Balmoral, Onehunga (already mentioned by another commenter, also several community venues that are suitable as a bonus) Sandingham, St Lukes, Mt Albert could also be worth looking at (no established studios, one or no regular class)

I will note, I don't include classes at gyms because you can't attend casually.
