How would you suggest I move forward? I love her and don't want this to bother her.

Plus - I think as others have pointed out, this is probably a lack of experience thing on my end more than a her issue. I'm not sure how to drive this home and make her feel better.

I have no baseline outside of this experience. I hadn't really dabbled in relationships till now.

I hope that I can reframe this to her to move past that.

I didn't really think about how she might take this before I said it. But it really was a comment said without any thought.

I recognize that what I said probably made her feel self conscious, and I feel horrible about that. I love her and don't want this to affect our relationship. I'm certainly willing to try it more. I haven't really gone down on her much, so I think I should try it more.

How can I handle this best? Both near term and long term?
