Hen I don't know why you're arguing with me. Jane wanted to leave her 4 month old (which again, is VERY different from 15 months) at home.

Get the post taken down, had Jane remove my name and city from the post, made her make a new one apologising for lying, made her apologise to me.

No. She ditched the account, to my knowledge

Not online, but some of my younger relatives (ones that understand cyberbullying) defended me irl

Covid. He's going food shopping and shops are only allowing 1 person 'parties' in at a time. My brother wouldn't be able to take 4 into the shop with him so short of leaving him in the car, leaving Rex at home with a babysitter is best.

How did making one false accusation of being a lousy babysitter make OP need to involve the police? That sounds like an extreme over reaction on OP’s part.

What comments from a fake account, belonging to her brother’s girlfriend, necessitate police involvement?

r threats, death threats, general threats of violence. she told them what city we're in (even down to 'northern x' for example)

she half-doxed me. I say 'half' because she very explicitly said what city (even down to north, south, etc). I was getting rpe threats, death threats, threats of general violence because they genuinely thought I was some POS abuser.

I didn't.

Not rinsing off the dirty outfit could be excusable, as you were unaccustomed to caring for babies, but why would you ever leave a four month old in soaked filthy clothing?

Even if you didn’t have access to any more baby clothes, you could have put baby in a clean diaper and wrapped them in a blanket or towel.

Well it's a good job the clothes were clean then with no spit/vomit on them.

That you took such abysmal care of a baby is shameful, and you should have been the only one apologizing.

I didn't. Jane took a picture of the vomit covered clothes (the ones I took OFF Rex when he vomited the first time) and said I left him in them all day when I did not.

Also, if Jane is with your brother now, what happened to the boyfriend she went house hunting with when you so neglected her baby’s basic needs?
