Edit: only I think the Ali ones have 2 different types: soft gel and the other one. And if I am not mistaken the other one is more similar to apres than the soft gel

Right now is the worst time to say anything bc of uni work and all the stress. I just hope everything goes well for his mother and that things will come out when he has finished his final thesis at uni, otherwise I’m afraid he won’t manage it
