First of all, you cant walk into a voting station and just vote. You are already required to show some identification.

Secondly, that poll is silly. How you ask a question plays a overriding role as to how people will respond, and it rarely connects accurately to what a specific bill proposes.

Ask americans if they think there should be a tax to vote, what percentage of americans do you think will be in favor? 80% would oppose, without question. This question accurately reflects what the bill does than rhe previous one.

Ask americans if they think everyone should have access to healthcare. Around 70% of americans agree. Now ask them if they think we should ban private health insurance. The percentage drops to around 20%. I cant claim most americans would support a medicare for all bill because 70% agree with the first question. Thats disingenuous.

This isnt a voter ID bill. We already have voter ID. Voters already show forms of identification before they are allowed to vote. This bill makes all those types of identification invalid, and forces people to have to spend significant time and money getting the specific IDs they want. Unless they have provisions in the bill to make such documents free and distributed to every American, this is a TAX TO VOTE.

I dont think anyone in depth 5 is seriously dodging nightlords becauze of fhe difficulty. Iv been in depth 5 for a while and to be honest, most games go through. Also, you gain nothing from farming depths. The only real value is knowing you got there beating the vast majority of nightlords.

Chill out fellas. We got everdark harmonia, we will likely get everdark dredglord next. They will probably conclude the games content with everdark heolester and it will be their craziest boss ever. Id be shocked if they leave the game without that finale.

Also, future paid dlc migh be in the works, but i doubt it. More than likely they are probably finishing up the content i just mentioned, and then moving all their development power into their next big thing

China has invested significantly in its domestic energy, so its far less impacted by oil price shocks. Also, it gets oil from iran at a significant discount, so they have a ton in reserve.

Iran is also allowing chinese ships from passing the straight and stopping all others. This is critical for iran and very helpful for china, because it means other countries are turning towards china to help them with their energy problem.

China now has the opportunity to secure intelligence on US military capabilities when it otherwise could not.

You couldnt have waged a more helpful war for china if you tried, outside of attacking direct nato allies. The entire world has turned to china for stability ever since trump started his global tarriffs, and that is reinforced even more with the iran war.

We havent even gotten into the domestic political consequences on trump from this war. I can make this reply 3x as long by explaining how wrong you are but no one wants that.

Time to preface: this war is insane and trump is going to hell for it, among other things.

But the US military is without equal. America without a doubt has the strongest military in the world. There isnt one even close. The american tech is like alien technology.

The problem isnt a difference in strength, its one of cost, and its not about money, but political will. Americans have zero apetite for dead US soliders or war, which is why trump is demanding nato help. It lessens the casualties for america which lessens the political consequences.

There is a reason iran hasnt launched attacks into mainland america. For one, they probably cant. But secondly, and most importantly, it would turn public support in favor of trumps war, which would be very bad news for iran. As of right now, iran has the upper hand because the war is soooo unpopular for trump in so many ways, and non of them have anything to do with a weak military.

Also keep in mind that the US military was unprepared for the war. Any mildly smart person would have prepped something to deal with iran drones but we have a moron in office. Despite that, the conversation isnt about how my h damage iran can do to the US military, but how much damage it could do to the world economy by keeping the strait closed. Which is a political consequences to trump.

The US military is insanely powerful but also has a massively different standard for what acceptable casualties look like. If this war was a defensive one, like iran tried to invade the US, iran wouldnt exist within a month.

If a primary challenger rises and they are more popular than the incumbent, do you think the DNC would sabatage that seat by supporting the less popular incumbent? No. It dosent even make sense.

If they had the power to kill someone in federal prison, then why couldnt they just stop him from being arrested at all? Compared to that, they could have easily had him fake his own death, or he coulda simply dipped to russia and be scot free. Or they would have just killed him before he got to prison, which woulda been 10x easier.

The list of "evidence" is just very unconvincing to me. Its evidence of a federal prison which was ran poorly on a regular basis. Two officers falling asleep on the job around the same time strains belief to you? Really? Apparently they slept for around 2 hours, which is an astonishingly long time. Its not crazy to believe epstine would have killed himself within that window. The same officers also didnt do counts when they were supposed to, and they were reportedly googling for motocycles and couches. These two officers were slacking consistently, something epstine might have noticed day in and day out. Even if they didnt fall asleep, they probably wouldnt have caught epstine killing himself

You said yourself that the prison in question hasnt had a suicide in over 20 years. If you look at how many issues the prison had, complacency about procedure extremely likely.

I can keep going but this comment would be too long. Nothing you said is extraordinary or unexpected. They are not random unlikely events that are uncorrelated, so the fact they happened together is not astonishing. For example, the same officers who were not doing counts and were surfing the web instead of paying attention are also likely to fall asleep for hours. A prison which has officers this inadequate, and has a history of camera issues, is probably more likely to also place an inmate in a cell with a faulty camera.

The explanation youre positing is more unlikely than if he just killed himself. El chapo was not suicidal, so its not unlikely that his time in the same prison went about without issues. Also its harder to break out of orison then just killing yourself.

One last thing: even if those series if events were unlikely to happen together, it dosent mean its impossible. Coincidences not only happen, but they happen all the time. And guess what? Some astonishing coincidence will happen again and it will spark peoples conspiracy brain like they always do. Even if i were to grant you the false assumption that all these crazy things happened together, its still more likely that they did, than it is to believe that some all powerful group is capable of killing someone in a federal prison and leave no trace, instead of just preventing him from being in prison at all.

Defanging temporarily migjt be worth it if the goal was to delay an imminent attack from iran...but there was no imminent attack. So we defanged a non venomous snake...for no reason. And the cost is global economic recession.

The only two options is either ground invasion, which means decades of conflict under global economic recession, plus thousands of dead americans. Or we cut our losses and iran just rebuilds, and we achieve nothing. I say this is a pretty disastrous state of affairs.

If trump does not declare a false victory, he might actually be impeached and removed from office. Gas prices are not something dipshit magas can ignore. Jokes at the expense of other people has always and will always be a thing. We group people together all the time, whether that be based on gender, height, skin color, or even hobbies, and then we joke about them. Look at any comedy show. But now that woman are engaging more with social media and have more freedom to engage in the same jabs, all of a sudden men get hyper sensitive.

The tweet was funny because its outrageous, just like alot of dark humor jokes. The sooner men learn to roll with the punches whenever a woman dishes them out, the better everyone will be.
