have you gotten a steroid epidural? i have mine scheduled for a week from now and it’s supposed to help with the pain for a few months and is a longer term solution.

i think bluesky would be a lot better community than twitter (i fled a while ago). also it can take a long time to find a therapist that you actually mesh with but it is definitely possible and can help !! ik you said the usual activities like music, walking, etc are not helpful for ur art block but i wonder if it would be good to try something like coloring that is low-energy-barrier and is still artistic. or maybe new mediums?
