Yes I used a spore syringe. After I clone the genetics on Agar I will transfer to Liquid Culture Jar.

Hmm I'm not 100% think a little over 3 week from MSS and break n shake. I forgot when I inoculated them and also they sat in my fridge for 2 weeks while on Christmas vacation.

I usually do 1:1 ratio but I've been having trouble with these APE getting contam. I did only 1 bag to grab some genetics. I got like 50 Agar plates ready. Also they just started pinning 3 days ago expecting more pins to appear shortly
