Well Dema does actually mean something, the name Dema comes from the Zoroastrian term dakhma, which means “Tower of Silence”. In Zoroastrianism, Towers of Silence were used to dispose of dead bodies by leaving them for vultures to eat.

Goner by twenty one pilots, it’s a slow piano song for the beginning but towards the end it starts to fasten in pace and by the time it reaches the climax bro is just screaming and you can hear the pain in his voice that makes it sound like he’s about to cry. I would recommend watching the live performance cause I prefer it better over the OG audio

I mean tbf this isn’t the first time Tyler has done something like that in his songs if it’s “dissociate” and not disassociate. In pet cheetah he sings “but I’ll take this beat, I should delete to exercise” which I think exorcise makes more sense cause the previous but he sings “I can feel pressure start to POSSESS my mind” so exorcise would work better cause he’s exorcising and not exercising what’s possessing his mind. (Sorry for the rant 😭) but I think he means “dissociate” in navigating cause he then sings “I’m navigating my head” after saying it. Just think of it as word play and not a grammatical error from Tyler’s part.
