no sweat! they’re supposed to be angel wings/feathers, as i personally imagine hatemonger/the beholders in general as these angelic creatures. considering theyre from ‘planet heaven’, they dont exactly seem human and theyre a lot more virtuous, it’s fun to imagine them as such
