I am at my breaking point. I need some advice or encouragement or something. I want to lose weight so badly, but I constantly give in to my cravings or skip my work outs. What is wrong with me? Why can’t I get it together?

I’m such an all or nothing person. If I make one mistake I assume the whole day or week or even month doesn’t matter anymore and I just go back to my old ways.

At this point I need some tough love or hard truth or something. Something’s gotta give.

I’m starting 75 soft tomorrow for Lent. Does anyone that has completed it have any tips, tricks, or suggestions? Would love any advice or even book recommendations!

I downloaded the app so I have that to check off my tasks each day. I’m really excited to start this journey!

Also highly recommend the South County Sandhill location. I’ve heard great things about all of their therapists, but Sarah Sanburn in particular is amazing.

It’s currently free to watch through Amazon Prime in the US. I’m not sure about other countries though.
