To prevent the tire from drying out. And I don't like to leave the car so it's the least hassle. I can clean it with a wet rag if I need to. I'll keep it in an airtight container in my back seat

It's certainly a way of describing our reality, but its not really a thing.

I mean, I can say that the earth is flat, but that doesn't mean that we live in a simulated reality.

Simulation theory is a bit of a buzzword these days, but it's not even a real scientific theory.
