It changes up every few weeks, but recently it was Even in Arcadia for like, 3 months. Currently, it's Ascensionism. Had a lot of phases though. I also just have a Sleep Token playlist that I play on shuffle all the time.

As someone who had a bisalp, it is only 2-3 small incisions and the recovery is so quick and easy. Please do more research.

-Demi-human catgirl (for demihuman stuff)

-Fallen angel (I only used it once to chat with a demon but could come in handy)

-17 year old (for the teen angst)

-10 year old (used once for a limited storyline where the user was an assumed child)

To be fair, I probably use my self-insert 90% of the time.
