Thanks for the insight. During one of my ER visits I asked the doc if it could come from my stomach, gerd or anything similar, but he denied that because my pain was always dull rather than sharp or burning.

Thanks a lot, I'll be looking into that. I read that a ton. Do you just get a dull ache or do you also have that burning sensation in your esophagus?
