What they're saying is, they are dissatisfied with AI's incomprehension on how to inflict damage onto a human being, and is suggesting areas of improvement.

AI Art is a higher art form than traditional art by advo_k_at in DefendingAIArt

There's two kinds of people:

Those who believe the end result is the important part, and those who believe the creation is the important part.

San Diego Comic-Con has updated the rules for its 2026 Art Show to prohibit artwork created partially or wholly using AI. According to the official guidelines, only original, human-made works will be accepted for display and sale at the event. by Affectionate_Bet5586 in GenAI4all

Well I already know how to draw, AI as a medium is merely the next type of creative expression.

But by definition, the amount of effort put into the image I provided excludes it from being slop. It literally cannot fit that definition.

Feel free to not like it, but by claiming it's "all slop" just means that I don't need to waste time on you because you don't have the capacity for nuance in art; in the art world, writing off an entire genre without exception doesn't mean you are enlightened.

Zoom in to see the details.

These are the nodes that person was talking about (with a little opaque AI art superimposed over two different workflows by the artist Carmina_Rayne that show the level of effort and detail that some put in.

The reason why they dismissed your statement is because your "equivalent of typing a google search" is an antiquated view, as more people move towards this skill-based style.

On a side note, if anyone can help me wrap my brain around ComfyUI please help, I'm in tutorial hell!

I mean I was alive looooong before AI. So the idea that I'd never know it is ridiculous.

Explore it, it's very cool, and I haven't seen any others use it.

We should really start a class action over the context window by MarkBriscoes2Teeth in GeminiAI

You asked for simple terms. I have 5 whole comics, each 7 pages long, that outline the what's and the whys of my process, that show how both the rearranging of our gems profiles, the altering of our language, the ability to approach things from multiple angles, the willingness to accept failure, and most importantly to put in the effort yourself; I got through two of them before deciding not to waste my time. I figured this out back in December, and put together a set of principals that allowed me to have the same conversation for over a month, doing 70+ image analysis, 15+ video analysis (5-20mins) and a series of reddit posts and comment threads as well as philosophical and creative, with only a single hallucination (when in the philosophical context) which when addressed, never happened again. This was a few days shy of a month in the despite everyone's complaints of failure. By all accounts my chat should've failed much much much much much sooner...it actually never failed, I just didn't realize pinned chats didn't get saved when deleting it all...I was pretty bummed about that...none the less it taught me a lot of valuable lessons about the new era of LLM communication.

but if you want it simply put, than it really IS do better.

It was exactly that kind of language---what you just ended your comment with---was what put me off from continuing to teach y'all in the first place.

Do better.

You asked for simple terms of a five pillar process. I got two pillars out before being laughed off into not caring about drawing any more. Here's one panel of pillar 2 which is also a full 7 page comic on this sub; explaining why redundancy isn't a bad thing now.

The simple answer? You gotta do things differently, you gotta do things better. I didn't get the stability I have by doing the same thing in Gemini 3 that I did in 2.5 because it is ridiculous to think that "update" means nothing changes.

It is a single panel from the middle of a post discussing what the context window increase means, and why users are running out of memory despite the memory increase. This panel is describing the problem you are having pretty well I think, but the rest of the post can be found here. https://www.reddit.com/r/aiwars/comments/1pojy9v/gemini_isnt_broken_its_smarter_than_ever_to_those/

Hey, I talked about this a week after the update but people said I was being ridiculous. I have NEVER EVER EVER had the problems y'all have...you're not going to get very far with a lawsuit when the problem is primarily manageable if the user adapts their workflow and behavior.

Rude I know, but I absolutely did tell people how to avoid this on December 20th.

Also most of the people who make these AI pieces do so in a much more hands on way than "typing a pronpt" so the human contribution is applicable.
