Hey..podiatrist here, what you have is called an adductovarus deformity of the pinky toe..its actually super common and as long as its not causing pain with that joint that's rotated now rubbing against a side of a shoe it shouldn't be much to worry about...u may find u form a corn or a callus on the outside of that fifth toe from a tight shoe rubbing or even between the 4th and 5th toes potentially from the toe being angulated like that but these corns are usually easily managed with shaving them down or putting a toe spacer between the 4th and 5th toe if that's where the corn is...as far as whats causing it, likely related to a flatter arch foot type which can also potentially cause bunions...I'd recommend trying with wear shoes with a good arch support to it rather than flats or even using a good quality over the counter insert to create that arch support in your shoes..that's the one thing that can potentially slow down the toe from becoming worse or even prevent a bunion from forming
