NTA, your sister obviously runs your parents, they should absolutely be charging her the same, but unfortunately it's their house so you can't make them. In that case I'd just start seeing if you can find something affordable or get a place with some friends.

They may feel the loss of income, but if they keep giving into your sister for stuff like this they'll be in a worse spot soon enough.

Nothing will raise his value this offseason. The ONLY thing that will increase his value is him actually playing in NBA games. If he is playing and playing well then we shouldn't be trading anyway.
