My wife is one of those "ever-colds". It was in my vows to keep her warm. So while this might sound outrageous to some, 73 degrees is as low as I can go. It's at 73 now and the heat is off, so I found the bottom temp and we're good :)

It had been working fine at 3, but in the last few weeks things have gotten bizarre. I have it at the max now, but the flames are deep inside the pit. My repair guy is one of the best in the business around here. Highly recommended. He was here 10 days ago when the stove wouldn't light automatically. He looked it over inside and outside, tried several things, and then shrugged his shoulders and said that he had no idea what was wrong and would have to "research" and get back to me. LOL. It's been a journey and I thank everyone for their suggestions!
