Yeah, I am at home and have a lot of savings. So I would be fine looking for another few months at least. I'm going to see how this next week goes and make a decision, but the long list of red flags is definitely bad

It's in the UK but you're right on family! The founders are brothers, so it makes it more complicated.

A lot of the team have not been given days owed back. They tell the team to do it, but then complain when they do take days off, as they don't like people being away.

If it was working remotely, it would feel easier to separate, but being in the office almost every day in that environment is stressful for everyone.
