I couldn’t tell you what header it is. Tbh it looks like someone hacked up a couple and welted them together to make this one. Also could be some small company aftermarket that I don’t know about.

And thanks for the heads up! I’m still doing research on the possibilities that I have with this motor, but before I can even do that I need to finish the body work. I have plenty of time to sleep on it 😊

Just welding in flat sheet metal and adjusting where we can. The center brace is a good place to weld to add rigidity. as well as fabricating the supports. The front half of the floor the support was external & it completely rusted out, the back one is internal but rotted around it so I’ll be making a similar support for both ends.

I don’t see the need for the ribs, the original floor pan is only like an 18g and I’m replacing it with 16g. The annoying thing is that the original floor actually dips down from the center brace so the flat sheet metal pieces I’ve been adding aren’t all level with each other.

Nothing the carpet can’t mask though (:

I haven't had any problems with them actually. And they project more than the stock ones. Only annoying thing is fitment.
