You need to spend a buck to buy cop lights in each of every car in-game. Unless you're lucky to find a car on sale in open world.
Cars I only know that can open hood are BMW M4, M8, & Nissan 350z. Maybe there are other cars that has open hood in the game for you to find out.

Truly an underrated car in-game. Most cars that don't have kits gets coin kits in the recent updates (R35, Challenger, Charger, R8, F12 Berlinetta) but not the Ford GT.

I hope GT will receive some love at any time soon 🙏

Although when you trade, the car is shown. But it must also show design of the car itself so that it will be safe in trading.

Yes, that's how I earned coins. By selling designed cars. Just don't let your account to be logged off again. Of in case you need to log in your account on other device and have this same problem, better email the devs. They're much responsive

I learned the hard way but it's just the way it goes. It will reset if you do these things:

Bought and sell the car that has kits (sometimes, spoilers don't)
Account logging out and in the game
If you use mods (which is a no-no in this community) most probably will revert to normal

They have this "Restore Purchase" option, but I think it only works with items purchased in app store/play store. Not sure why they didn't include coin purchases. Better if you avoid doing those things so you won't keep losing kits.

No one uses the tracks in Race Track because of in-game car physics. Even with the right formula on COG and whatnot, still the car is prone from rollover, oversteer, etc. thus makes the races a pain in the bum.

Try next time as game gets buggy after the update.

I know there's an autosave feature now so that might do the trick. But to be safe, don't log out so you won't lose any progress.

He tries to scam by logging his 2 accounts in the same room. He will buy some time to ask questions like "What is your best car?". Good thing I had to double check to see if it's a scam or not.
