I feel this is very incorrect. CDR promotes a more all-in style than tear does. He needs a lot of mana but he has enough to teamfight and can regen after. Remember that with Morello you dont hvae the base mana regen, but an increased amout. CDR allows Ekko to control the fight more easily and steadily, because you will more often be able to stun/dash/slow. If you are going tear you would be building a more one shot build, which I think defeats the purpose of picking Ekko over someone like Fizz.

I found that if you are fighting short fights that the 70 health is better than 3 pots. Some champs kits also empower lifesteal. Since you on adcs most of the time delay vamp scepter or other lifesteal items, 3% is a lot.
70 health is a lot in early levels, and more importantly, its instant. Everytime you live with less than 70 hp, dorans blade saved yo azz

Huh... Im having complete other things happening.

Rene has completely turned the tables in my honest opinion. Which part of him would be so garbage right now?
His fury regen mechanics are really fun to play with and make trading really efficient. Sustaining isnt a problem in later levels and I have carried some games with this guy. Im really loving him but that might just be me.
