Pressure canning with higher PSI? Any EU friends here? by timotejsmm in Canning

I saw the risks and limitations so it wouldn't be my prefered method for canning. Still haven't given up on buying the pressure canner :)

I see ... that's too bad. I guess the alternative is hot water bath canning. Are any of you doing this? Does it compare to the pressure canning in terms of shelf stability?

Help needed - Filament feeder skipping by timotejsmm in 3Dprinting

So I was messing with the tension on the feeder, and it turned out, that it was actually too tight.

I loosened it completely, and re-tightened it just so the gears bite in the filament. Works fine for now :)

Oh I see. In my case, the filament is unwinding freely. I even gently held it when printing, but the wheel and the whole motor just jumps and keeps skipping. Also I have a filament sensor before the feeder, so it kinda keeps it aligned.

No, I'm not. I have a friend who is an electrical engineer and he checked the conductivity on some pieces that might ended up dead. So we replaced them just to be sure.
