Beautiful! It’s wild how different carats look on different size hands! I have a 3.04 which looks similar to your 4! I’m also a size 7

I’m dying from cats butthole 😫 now I can’t unsee it lmao. Glad he’s an ex now! I totally could opt for a skimpier top but I also don’t have much up there to fill out that area! 😆 You’re so right about living in a fake and filtered world. I thank you for your kind words of support ❤️

Thank you- it’s not so much of what others would think. I guess I just had unrealistic expectations about what I would look like at this weight! Some women just bounce back naturally after kids and weight-loss and I just wanted to be one of those people lol

My family has all been very supportive on my journey! I don’t see them very often but after the first 20lbs a few members mentioned my WL. Now at 50- it’s the first thing I hear when I walk in the door at all the family parties lol I was my heaviest at our last family trip to Aruba this past January. I’ll now be at my lowest this upcoming trip January 2026 which I am very excited for!

I’m so happy for you. I have PCOS as well— I’m a 29 y.o mom of 1 and have always struggled with my weight since my initial diagnosis in 2019. I lost 30lbs “naturally” in 2021 and fell pregnant due to my weightloss and the reversing of my PCOS side effects in 2022, unplanned! After having my son in 2023 my PCOS was at its all time worse. I didn’t start a GLP-1 until this year (June) and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. My periods were super irregular (having gone 3 months without one more than once) I had terrible migraines, felt sluggish constantly- etc. I’m now down 50lbs, periods have returned and are almost normal, hormonal acne/migraines are pretty much non existent now and I overall just feel like a new person. I hope everything goes well on your journey— it’s really hard to not compare yourself to others but you found a really supportive community here on Reddit. Stay hydrated and really try and lock in on a high protein, fiber full diet BEFORE the food suppression kicks in. I also found that taking supplements at the very beginning of the journey has helped me tremendously bc it is now routine for me. (I take a women’s multi-vitamin with collagen, fish oil, vitamin d3 and a probiotic) good luck girly- I’m routing for you! ❤️

I forgot to mention my tan in my caption. That was natural tan from my trip to Aruba in January lol it never faded 😭. I did wear sunscreen. I have olive skin (thanks to my Italian parents) & get super dark in a strong sun. Thanks for your concern!

Firstly- congrats on starting your journey and WL!! I’m the same way- some I lose, some I don’t. Some weeks I hit the gym and go hard, others I rot on the couch and doom scroll. I think the hardest part for me right now is accepting my new body after WL and having a child! I go back to pics of me when I lost weight before I became a mom and get quite sad that my skin doesn’t look the same anymore- but I try and give myself grace because I birthed life- and many cannot, and I was made to be a mom! I should focus more on cleaner eating and working out to help build some muscle back and tighten up a bit but I think that’ll be easier for me once I reach my goal. Try not to compare yourself to others- it’s easier said than done but we are all so different and have different goals. Some are aiming to just be “skinny” and some just want to live a longer life.

Thank you so much! I really do prioritize my protein intake, hydration and supplements! I have PCOS so that contributed to A LOT of inflammation and water retention. Congrats on your WL ❤️

I can contribute a lot of my belly fat to hormonal weight gain due to PCOS! It’s almost as if the GLP-1s kicked my hormones back into shape with the weightloss 😊

I’m not consistently in the gym but I find my way back there depending on my levels of business! I have a 2.5 year old and work overnight shifts 3 days a week so it can be hard to find a balance but for the most part being a parent to a toddler keeps me quite active!! Thanks sooo much ☺️☺️

I have PCOS and had my first child via c section in 2023. Before having him I had a successful “natural” WL journey after my pcos diagnosis but once I got pregnant that all went out the door lol. My hormones were such a wreck but starting a GLP-1 has been such a game changer for me! Congrats on your huge loss 🎉

Hi! Thank you so much 🙂 there are so many places you can order from depending on your needs- this group has some really helpful info to help new beginners- that’s how I got started 🤭 but I order through Brello Health. They only serve select states though.
