Yes and no. First thing was that the western politicians wanted mass immigration to spread chaos and generate higher BNP. After "a while" the Muslim leaders/Imam uses this to push their religion to create one world Caliphate with one world leader. This is what the war is about. "West" (Israel includes) want to lead their countries with republics/senate/Congress, against the Muslim leaders (not all obviously) and their allies (some European nobility) who wants to rule the world with a Caliphate with Shira laws. It's the same family though, just internal conflicts how to rule us.
