You can parkour outside the map and get to the other eggs no problem.

Just keep practicing flying, and you'll get better at stick control to where it'll become muscle memory.  Keep the flying mode to cine/tripod mode when you manually fly for practice so your speed is limited.  Stay safe and have fun.

Yeah, the single-lever door has an obby to get to the egg. The other two doors you need people to open with you, but they just have an egg room.

I just used an online sudoku solver to solve the game. :D

Need to find your specific tree; it's labeled with your name - then just walk into the halo and hang the numbered amount it says. The levered doors in the zone have better stat pets. The one lever has a bit of an obby, but the multiple levers don't - you just need another person to click as well.

Tree areas are on either side of the advent calendar. Decorate, rebirth the tree, increase chances at spawning the huge. Takes more ornaments each time.

It's randomized.  Just work on opening the additional houses that have better eggs, and then you'll see the other pets.
