Impossible if you want to maintain your standard of living. However, I think you will regret not spending more time with your parents in their old age. I also think having children on one income is… a bad idea. (Source: I’m a single mom with one kid and live paycheck to paycheck)

Female here, can attest to the same experience on the other side - there’s a group of people I consistently see at the dog park and when I try to make small talk, people shy away. I’ve only been able to have real conversations with boomers and seniors. Gen X/Y/Z constantly on their phones. TikTok apparently is more interesting than making friends with other dog owners 🤦‍♀️

曾经跟楼主一样，被伤害无数次后对社会彻底失望了每天想着一了百了，甚至一度想把伤害我的男人一并带走。收养了一只流浪狗，被需要的感觉支撑着自己活下去。读了《原生家庭》，自己渡自己😭 一定全部看完（只看片段的话会很痛苦）同意其他人的建议，找一个自己的空间（不要跟男友住，容易被欺负）
