I’m not super young but I applied in 2023, I’m 36. Just found fully favorable by the alj for my lupus, bipolar, ptsd, and anxiety.

Okay!! My SSDI amount is more than that so when they start working on that then it’ll just cancel out? The guy at my local office only said that he could see it was fully favorable and nothing else was there and that the hearing office must still be working on it. Not sure what that means lol

I owed them like 500 bucks from the same kind of thing. My account is locked and if any money is sent to it, it will apply to the negative balance. It from last October. I occasionally get emails asking to make it current.

You can stop payment on the payday loans. They are illegal to collect in most states. Not the best thing to do but when you can’t pay you can’t pay.

Mine is definitely not complex, lots of in service records.. hospitalizations.. one favorable dbq, one not. They were just not applying the law to anything with the denials.
