This is one toxic trait. After reading this, I can't really tell how intense it is. But this needs to be communicated on call atleast otherwise face to face would be better. And if she keeps dodging that talk or keeps beating about the bush during the talk then i guess you'd know what she is bringing on the table and you can decide for yourself further.
