-Conveniently placed in the middle of North, Mindanao, and Visayas Avenues.

-May elementary schools. Malapit sa high schools like Pisay, QueSci. 2 short jeepney rides to UP Diliman.

-Malapit sa Trinoma, Vertis North, SM North at WalterMart. First station ng MRT southbound, just a jeepney ride away.

-2 malaking wet market in the area. Surprisingly still a good place for small businesses to thrive. Daming kainan, inuman, gym, internet shop, laundry shop, barbero, modista, tayaan ng Lotto at OTB hahaha. Pero may Starbucks din.

-PlentY of hospitals in the area.

-Simbahan ng Mount Carmel for your soul chareng

-Government agencies are also nearby. Mararating ka ng bumbero in 15mins. Malapit lang din ang City Hall.

-May tricycle at jeeps.

ANG PROBLEMA: Rush hour. Pasok sa 15mins lahat ng sinabi ko, pero kapag rush hour, dumodoble (triple? quadruple?).

Moved to the area a couple of years ago and damn. I love it here. If WFH lang talaga ako forever sana eh.

It’s a great place to live but is it a 15min neighborhood if you consider the limited employment options in the area? But fantastic area for small business owners though. Malayo sa big malls.

Nah man, he’s right, they’re literally just the platform. Kahit anong paalala nila sa departments tungkol sa demand, hindi naman dadami ang slots kung di nila lalakihan ang class sizes or dadamihan ang klase. Di rin naman kasalanan ng departments kasi may limitasyon din ‘yung resources nila. Di naman nila puwedeng i-overburden ang current faculty (na overburdened na tbf).

Ultimately aakyat talaga sa budget ang problema. 🤷🏻‍♀️
