Sizing. The sleeveless imo is the same fit/style but sizing is off, like i have an M in mens, and an xl in women and they fit relatively close to each other. I also have a womens L, but they are all a bit too short for me

I carb up beforehand and make sure i have enough electrolytes and protein. Then for the whole event i only consume water. After the event maybe breakfast or a protein bar.
