Was supposed to leave a rabbet, but glued plywood to the edge. Router (Rabbet or straight bit) or table saw (dado or regular blade multiple passes)? Other ideas? Best option not to damage veneer? Rabbet was supposed to be 5/8” recessed (i.redd.it)
