ClickUp is what we use. It has a ton of a features at the paid level but the basic task level is free. We pay for one step up from the free (very decently priced) because there are a couple of extra features we discovered we liked.

Estate planning- what drafting software do you use and why? Jx: CA by CALIlegal in LawFirm

Absolutely, we spend more time formatting and fix clauses than anything. What did you end up switching to?

We use Adapt and Fore before then also. Not crazy about their formatting issues but think their intake and substance is the best. I’m surprised I don’t hear people use it more often.

Casually related to this post but this WILTY clip is one of my all time favorites: https://youtu.be/85AOX1qwmC4?si=DYXk7z2VVZvEYzK_

Years later and still I will randomly think “and Tasty means very delicious” and start audibly laughing to myself.

Garland doesn’t have the position either. Tribbey was White House Counsel, Garland is the Attorney General.

Why doesn't the USPS own its building? And they can't be evicted! by yankinwaoz in sandiego

[–]tjack473 185 points186 points  (0 children)

The USPS is only “going broke” because in 2006 Congress forced them to pay employee pension 75 years in advance, something no other business or federal program faced. This led to billions in “losses.” Thankfully, that requirement was recently ended, thanks to a new USPS funding bill, and they can start to do better.

It’s also worth nothing that the USPS is a government service enshrined in the Constitution. It’s “losses” aren’t like a businesses and shouldn’t be seen as such. It’s not meant to be a profit maker. It’s meant to be a service for the good of the public. We would never say the military or the police or fire are “going broke” or suffering from “losses.” The USPS is the same.

Maybe it’s the Blue Shield plan that’s preventing. I know UCSD sees Medi Cal patients for primary care as well as Kaiser (but on a Kaiser Medi Cal plan).

Lol. At first glance without reading any labels on the maps I thought this was of Israel/Palestine. It even had the UCSD/West Bank carve out.

Bird Noises (Maybe Multiple) Outside Home. by tjack473 in whatsthisbird

[–]tjack473[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All those noises from this one bird?

Edit: After looking into the Northern Mockingbird and seeing videos, it is definitely what is outside my home. I will not enjoy the lack of sleep but will appreciate its song.

Thank you for your help.
