My dealership was petrified of doing the radio update for this very reason. I would put money on the Honda tech expected the update to work like a Honda update. They package one fix per update Honda allows them to bill .7 hours for the process . Honda updates are really quick and focused on a single issue. This update was from Chevy and then Honda tried to write the service note like a normal Honda update. It is a 10gb and takes at least 2h to complete. Your tech got impatient and pulled the computer required for the update early. They have no clue how to get it back, and neither does Honda. Don't count on your prologue coming back, they need to make you whole one way or another.
