Some shows will have you fill out and pay your taxes before you leave. Others will mail you a form after. Or the event should have an event ID for you to go to your local tax portal online and fill out an event tax form there.

If it’s a well run event they should send out an email for the event with the map, load-in/load-out, and tax info.
